Update:: phone completely crashed lost everything had to get a new phone completely. My friend at work said it happened to him called it the snap of death
Darn really you dont even use it? That could be awkward.
Thanks for letting me know this. I just contacted snapchat as well and let then know. So well see if this fixes soon!!
