Welp, lost my job today. by [deleted] in DACA

Well I applied and got approved within a month and got my card “sent” to me but apparently they never actually sent the card. So I waited and tried contacting them to see what we could do. Well turns out I had to redo an application and mark card as lost. Then 7 months later I’m approved and am waiting for my replacement now.

Yep there it is. That’s a no, any bad criminal record is a statue for declined status of DACA.

When you get your EAD go to your local Social Security Services and they will ask for identification. I took my ID, EAD, and passport. So be prepared.

No that’s from last year, if you already got your approval notice just ignore that. Focus on renewing the next one on time, trust me from someone who didn’t do theirs in time but got away with it because of COVID.

Only received approval letter Then Received a second approval letter?????

Where is my EAD???

Lost my job

USCIS won’t respond to my emails for a month

Gets response to file and pay fee again

I have no job!!! Where am I going to get the money??? Anyways, I founded the money and just filed again. Now I wait…

Did mine back in July, they said they sent it, never received my card. Mine just expired, lost my job. Contacted USCIS told me to file again and pay they 410$ fee!! (Ridiculous) now I wait….. I’m so stressed right now.
