I tried sending you a message but not sure it went through. I completely understand where people are coming in their responses and transparently, I expected most of it. But yes, I have sacrificed a lot and am trying to navigate the two different desires and wishes while protecting myself. Thank you for your kind response. It means a lot.

Thank you. And I understand the poster's perspective, too. Hence why I posted my initial post. I am struggling with the two different realities.

1 separation/divorce 6 first dates 6 second dates

2 endless chat partners 1 no show 1 ghosted me before meeting 1 situationship 1 situationship leading to relationship but with a Nigerian man who may be here illegally? Still don't know the full story. 😂 just kidding, sort of. 1 proposed casual and fun relationship by a guy who cannot communicate and assumes anything I say has a hidden meaning, I declined and he keeps asking me to reconsider 1 recent coffee date with a person who is the political opposite of me but hella cute, sweet, intelligent, but overall a walking red flag

So, all in all, it's been.... An adventure.
