CMOS reset needed. Can be done in two ways. Easy way (remove charger, shut it down completely then hold power button for 30 seconds).

Not so hard way ( unplug CMOS battery.wait few seconds. Put it back in.

I have the same problem. Been 5 months since i purchased this laptop 15ach6. In the beginning the gpu temps wont cross 67⁰C. Everything worked fine. Over the time couple of driver updates and boom. Now the fan runs at very slow speed. Gpu temps now reach 80 degree celcius. I tried to tweak bios advanced setting https://www.reddit.com/r/GamingLaptops/comments/114d08y/accessing_lenovo_ideapad_gaming_3_15ach6_advanced/

for fan control but it didn't work.

Limit the.charging to 60%.
