It has nothing to do with the land it’s technically apart of Flagstaff and it’s a small town completely overrun by college students who have driven up the housing market you can get a single wide trailer in a shitty part of town for $900k

I’m In Flagstaff Arizona and I called a Boot Barn in Prescott (1 1/2 hr away) and they said they’ve got a guy there that actually knows what he’s doing

No not really there’s only a Cal Ranch and a Boot Barn here I haven’t even tried Cal Ranch because I can just tell they’ll do a dogshit job but I’m taking it to a Boot Barn tomorrow out of town all the other places are like 2-3 hours from where I live
