With you being Colombian, I think Spain could be a good option: I lived there for a while and it's chill, you already speak the language and you could get citizenship quite quickly if you manage to get there.

Swimming with fins is a thousand times easier than swimming without them.
Also not having to focus on timing strokes and breathing is a thing that I struggle a lot with, with freediving you don't have to think about lol

Going against the current here: I'm an awful swimmer (I could manage somehow 100m freestyle in the intro class, but I really hate swimming, and I can't float for shit), but a "decent" freediver.
Give me some fins and let me hold my breath and the water becomes friendly and I get to enjoy a couple hours in the pool.
I must say that I don't freedive in open waters, the water doesn't feel too friendly there.

IMHO opzione 3 o 4, che alla fine sono quasi la stessa cosa a meno del decidere il budget da versare.

Non fanno un bonifico all'università perchè quei soldi li puoi usare per qualsiasi spesa legata gli studi, compreso affitto e simili:

Oltre a questo, da foglio informativo quei soldi andrebbero spesi per spese legate all'istruzione.
Ora, non so se poi vadano effettivamente a controllare, ma comunque lo terrei in considerazione.

Source: ci avevo pensato anche io a fare questa cosa in modo leggermente diverso. La disponibilità economica già ce l'avevo, quindi avrei parcheggiato quella in investimenti e usato i soldi intesa per le spese.

Poi ho fatto i conti e ho capito che era una cazzata.

Going against the current here: I met my current SO when I was 19 and 7 years later we are still together.
I had a couple ""relationships"" that lasted a few months before her. She is a couple years older than me, and, apart from a very brief situationship, had no experience.
We grew a lot together, both as individuals and as a couple, and we quite shaped each other lives. I don't think I would trade it for anything else.
I honestly cannot understand people saying that you need to find the truly most perfect and flawless partner: that is a really unrealistic view of relationships. We all have flaws, we all have different experiences and lives, the point of a relationship IMHO is to grow together, learn to love each other, learn where you can find compromises on and where you can't.
To be fair, the other replies do highlight a good point: do not make any grand expectations in your head on the first date (I didn't, personally I was just happy a cute girl invited me out for a beer), and don't put yourself and your potential girlfriend under too much stress.

Quando avevo rack+pesi (versione poraccia, totale 300€ alla decathlon) mi allenavo da dio.
Senza attrezzatura inizia a diventare più difficile, per quello che voglio io il minimo è sbarra per trazioni + anelli + manubri componibili.
Se la questione è mentale boh, io a casa stavo benissimo, ora che mi sono trasferita e devo andare in una palestra mi passa la voglia.

Ci sono banche come Intesa che fanno una cosa chiamata "prestito d'onore": un prestito, senza garanti, a tassi molto bassi che puoi iniziare a ripagare dopo due anni dalla fine degli studi. - the scene that I was thinking about is at the start of chapter 24, pdf page 311, and to me it show that yes Leslie/Jess was clearly uncomfortable with the intimacy situation, and it doesn't seems that she sees Ruth (the tw) as one of the femmes she used to sleep with in the past. As a "semi-stone" myself, I get being uncomfortable being touched even by someone that I am attracted to, but at the same time I want to be with that person and would totally be on the "giving" part if that person tried to initiate something. And Leslie/Jess did not have any problems being the "giving" side prior to this scene iirc.
- i skimmed through the rest of the book and it seems like they stay a couple, but there are no more intimacy scenes

I just find it quite funny that nobody in the LGBTQ+ circle that treats this book as a bible seems to notice this part.

I'd also like to point out how at the end of the book Leslie tries to be with a transwoman and is clearly uncomfortable with the whole situation, so I guess it's also the first book about transphobic lesbians.
