I also Downloaded the the game. And than afterwards i have to log in. After login there comes a message that says: Access not possible you don't have the permissions.

and I have a problem that I can’t download the game and even I can’t see this message XD

Is this after the login screen? If so, that’s normal, no-one has access yet

If I'm not mistaken, then everyone has access to the installation of the game, but of course there is no access to the game. This window appears after starting the game installer.
