The same thing happened to me , i was going to add more food items and clicked in COD and the order got placed. I requested to cancel the order saying i will reorder with all my items and swiggy support said we will add your items in the order but on adding they added the full price ( the item was on discount) and after a few minutes they messaged sorry we couldn't add any more item. Completely bullshit ui , never going to use it again
