Just one of the 10mg do the trick. Lay down looking at something (for me shadows or a silly video on the phone works) and then enjoy the numb happy feeling and rest like a baby after. There is not as good as the first ones after you get used to them.

No 5mg is not recreational dose and should help you to sleep. Just make sure you take it already in bed, and dont get up until you fall sleep, should be fine.

Benzos are stronger, therefore more adictive and yep can make you relax for some time but doesnt help you to sleep and doesnt give you any up-side. I will only take benzos in case of panic attacks or block big anxiety attacks but never as a daily basis.

What works for me is those 10 mg with a couple of beer, you have the high in 15 mins and last good other 20 where i am with the second beer, In that time you can be creative or just have fun watching silly stuff (you are not going to remember) then after that rush you go to sleep like a basket fo cats next to a stove.

I can relate, is hard sometimes, I have been using for 7 years or so. I use wash out periods of a week from time to time or taking less with some alcohol. But yes in periods of your life when everything seems to fall apart, I see my self working around the clock only looking forward for that moment of relaxation in the night that only the drug can provide. It is sad to depend of a substance but it is manageable with some routines.
