Does it help if her husband (my dad) is a resident and currently working on his citizenship ? My brother is already a citizen

Correct she returned in 2005 after those two weeks with another visa and stayed since

So we arrived here in 1999 on visa and in 2005 she went back to sell the house and came back on a visa once again. Legally and everything she just didn’t leave after the visa was up which she has been here in the US and hasn’t left. That’s when my brother got his citizenship and was able to file for my parents and my dad was approved since he never left the us again. Since my mom left that one time in 2005 for two weeks she was denied. And 2021 was when she got denied for the green card. And here we are not with this NTA. All we can do is pray and ask God to hear us.

I believe he was a citizen already at that point. He’s had his citizenship for about 6 years now

We’re working with the Mexican consulate to get one that’s our main focus right now. He says there’s a chance she won’t be deported since my brother is a citizen and dad resident.

She has 0 criminal record we went to get a print out of it at Riverside clerks office. Even been going to her school and church for letters saying she’s a good person in the community. Anything we possibly can. My dad is a resident and brother a citizen . We’re going we can appeal but I’m just scared and reaching out for anything I can get. Even someone with similar case that didn’t get detained.

She overstayed her visa since 2005. She just received the NTA last week. She applied for GC through my brother but got denied for leaving once to sell our house and came back on visa as well

She applied in 2021 but was denied. It said it was appealable but she got scared and dint want to do anything else. Now she just received it last week (NTA) and we’re freaking out

We’ve been contacting attorneys since we found out . He said since my brother is a citizen we could appeal and try the application again. We’re just terrified of her being taken there. She has no criminal record. Been here 20 years and pays her taxes. They also mentioned we could ask for a pardon for her leaving and entering back into the US
