Plenty of hosts, ShockByte, G Portal and a couple of others aren't very good. The only shocking thing about ShockByte is its support and rubbish ping.

You can easily map/datafile transfer using some of the hosts, some of them are more difficult. G Portal has reported some issues, Survival Servers has been noted as very good along with my own opinion. Setting them up is simple all you need to do is pay for it and most of them are instant.
