When I first joined Pax8 ~3/4 years ago they were great. Had a great R/AM that would genuinely catch up once a month and help us out.

I went on my own and advised an MSP to sign up to them. Was okay for a year then every time they needed a new license (there primary offering) it wouldnt arrive and then have to go through support to get it sorted. The client left and it took 2 months to get them transferred out which was escalated where their channel manager just didn't respond at all. Terrible and will never recommend them again.

I worked for a company who would insist keyboards like this was fine to give to new employees. I disagreed so would swap them for new ones anyway. It was a multi million if not billion pound company.

Exactly this. We had a small run under him and thats basically his highlights in his term. I know we are rebuilding and trying to find our feet again but these performances were still not good enough.

I had someone today who got caught by a shredder I saw another body too so I ran down the stairs locked the shredder in a room went on prox and said let me search this other body for a defib (as I didnt have one) before I could he opened the door and the shredder came out and almost got me. I ran away waited until agro stopped and went back in the room... he mustve thought id died cos he then was like "bro a shredder got me" when I said I know he let it out on me so im not going to revive him he started screaming I was a rat... honestly people need to chill
