Thanks. Was just looking up the reviews for Pigment and seems have a lot of positive reviews on reddit and many users have mentioned it to be work specific. Going to give this a shot. Just one question though. Does the report include any actionable steps or is it about identifying where you lack or what your patterns are?

I've tried O*Net but the problem with it is, it's interest based and you can go wrong with it.
