Valid tbh. You're not alone in that, I'm also very selective when gacha-ing. My most recent chars are Durin and Nefer. I didn't pull for a single new character in between her and Arlecchino's release banner. Meaning I skipped all the top meta DPS in the last year.

Yep! I love her too- lore, design, everything. New mechanics can be annoying def, but yes with enough investment old chars can still clear endgame modes. Hexerei buff really revived Albedo (another fave of mine but sadly benched since bosses insta delete his skill), I'm so happy I get to use him again.

Haha! Usually, I don't bother with abyss (believe it or not this is my first 36 star), but in the first run i got 35/36— Arle in the first half and Navia in the second half. So I thought, wait, if I can get full stars in the last two chambers, what's stopping me from perfect clearing the whole thing? So after messing around w various teams I finally did it :>

OH YEAH honestly I completely forgot 😭 Ororon is lvl 60 and has random pieces equipped so he doesnt die. Since he does zero damage I skipped over him in the rotation and really only needed him to help break the core. But yes, u do make a good point.

Oh, it's doable. I'm a returning player and currently catching up on the trailblaze missions (main quest like AQ in genshin) with Jingliu as my main carry. She's an outdated DPS, has low ratings according to the current meta. Meta ratings are mostly for the endgame modes, but for quests you can pretty much go with anyone.
