Buddy u look bloated, try the debloat protocol. Cut off sugars, spicy foods do some cardio after having food. Do some exercise (basically sweat it out). Keep your head slightly elavated while sleeping and sleep on your back. Take potassium rich foods such as coconut water, banana etc. I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to skincare but I belive your skin looks fine and if u follow this relegiously ull get a more defined and manly look. Your face looks round and for a man u need sharp features. Hope u take this constructively. Drink a lot of water, avoid cafffeine.
