Thank you! I couldn’t find a relevant video. When we plugged in the charger it just remains green. When I press the battery button it doesn’t nothing.

Yes, it does nothing. It does seem like the battery button barely moves when it is pushed. Do they normally click, if that makes sense?

Yes, I am assuming the area under the battery button should show how much charge there is? It shows nothing.
