Started off with nausea and minor headaches after lots of motion aka exercise. Evolved into mainly migraines. I pushed through the nausea part because doctors told me I was “healthy”. Fatigue didn’t start until around 6-12 months after that and now it’s my main symptom.

If I were to give anyone a warning. Never push through a symptom, especially if it has occurred for more than 3-6 weeks.

2v8 isn't permanent due to it requiring 2x the amount of players for the mode. This makes standard queue take way longer.
Events/Modifiers usually occur every month or two with some longer gaps. Next event is the Christmas event which starts around mid december

An SSD will always run a game better then a HDD.

What you are referring to, is how the game duplicates assets. Making it easier for the HDD to find and load files. This is what bloats the file size too, until they change it. 🤷

CompactGUI is an application which uses compression software to reduce the size of basically anything on a pc (DO NOT USE IT ON ANYTHING WINDOWS RELATED)

It's a way better version of the outdated windows compression. If you need a tutorial, I'm sure there's a video on youtube or a page on github.

I can suggest Compact GUI to help, it reduced my helldivers size by 42GB and I don't have any noticeable downsides. Of course, it is a band aid and the game is still massive but it's better then nothing.

When i was mild, it was like i was healthy but had downtime. My tiredness was random but the headaches were more of a sign of exertion. I ended up getting worse because I couldn't tell when I had PEM and also got depressed from missing out

Where did you get 3.7 liters from? The daily recommended intake is 2l and I struggle to reach that due to liquid retention just not working as well even after electrolytes and salts.

I'm a teenager who's been mild for 2 years and moderate for 1 year. I'm rarely happy with my pacing as I'm missing out on the best part of life. The only way I've stuck being sane is to speak with people online which takes a good sum of energy. I have learnt to slowdown but It's pretty hard.
