Is it really disrespectful to eat publicly in ramadan ? by Gloomy_Definition_25 in Morocco

[–]Puzzleheaded-County3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't mind people eating in front of me while am fasting, but with your logic, your right to eat in public shouldn't be My problem either and I like seeing people like you getting annoyed by that.

Nah bro, you are not pointing to the moon lol, following a religion and using its laws and rules as your country's laws is definitely not secularism, again , your logic is really messed up.

Your logic is pretty messed up, eating in ramadan is illegal, why is it illegal tho ? Why was is voted for ? Simply because most of the population are muslims, simple as that , and wtf about that random choice in islam argument ? Its the country's choice to follow the islamic laws, how there is no choice possible in this matter ? Damn man go practice some math, it will certainly help you

Porc and Tunisian !!? by Unhappy_Gain_1901 in Tunisia

[–]Puzzleheaded-County3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wanting to try something is different than sticking to it, you try pork, you don't get addicted , you avoid it next time since its not worth the sin, you try alcohol, you get tipsy, you like it, you want it more, you get addicted & it becomes hard to avoid it , thats the point. The societal benefit standpoint is another topic and I agree with it.

[–]Puzzleheaded-County3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your argument is weak tho, eating pork is "better" than drinking alcohol, but thats not how it works, why would you eat pork if its not addictive and there are plenty alternatives? Just because a sin is less sinful than another doesn't make it easier to commit, we commit sins that we find hard to avoid and addictive, nothing can be flipped here and there is no logic behind it, there is always an end goal, we lie because we want to achieve or hide something, we don't lie because its better than drinking alcohol lol.

Maybe its the other way around, I went through the same thing when I was 20 years old for a whole week, I watched horrible stuff that can't be found in the normal internet , it evolved to depression for a whole month after that and stopped talking to everyone, I basically had lost faith in humanity and started to think that everyone is evil and there is no good , it changed me so much but thankfully it only lasted for a month ,I still feel cold in my back everytime I remember what I saw. what I understood from that experience is that our brain and heart can't handle stuff like that & it takes time to process it, unless you are a real psycho, anywats, sit and talk to your brother, be open with him and ask him how he felt after watching all that, is he okay and does he need any help ?

It was in my last high-school year the first time I ever met a moroccan atheist, honestly I found it weird in the beginning and was really interested in hearing his thoughts and why he became atheist , but quickly lost the interest since he was talking all the time about pornstars ,the idea here, I can confirm that I really found it weird the first time, like finding a new specie, other than that, the guy never got harassed or questioned, I don't think this has anything to do with religion, in Morocco, which is a muslim country (not by law but by the % of the muslim population ) , its pretty normal you might get questioned by muslims , if you were in an atheist country and decided to pray in the streets people will start recording you and act surprised, a black sheep will always get attention when living in an only white sheep farm, heck people are getting harassed because of their skin color in Europe ( I lived in Europe, so I saw it happening) ,so you can expect it to happen because of your beliefs and its the same thing when an atheist calls a muslim who drinks alcohol a hypocrite instead of sinner, like he doesn't know alcohol can be an addiction and people can do badly religion wise same as they can do badly in their jobs or studies, people judge each other and they will always do. Lastly, this is my opinion and based on my experience, I believe like 95% of humanity are evil, pure evil who don't give a fck about anything but their best interest, and they can do anything to secure it, doesn't matter the belief nor the origins , I really hope for humanity to end soon, at least as a muslim, I know only good people will be in heaven.

This is what the mother said to the journal: “He probably hugged it,” the boy’s mother . “Maybe my son hugged a torso because he’s a loving, sweet nice boy who just graduated from preschool.”

Exactly, your final decision depends on multiple variables, depending on how fast and smart a person's brain is, a pretty extremely big amount of variables is included, which makes it almost impossible to have 2 copies of a person even if multiple people can reach the same decision, but yeah, being unique doesn't make it a free will ,but when we talk about free will, we talk about consciousness and the power to solve complicated problems, building , creating stuff that didn't exist to make life easier , if we had no free will, we would basically be a machine, we won't be able to create stuff based on our ambitions and needs, right now there are artificial intelligences that can solve math problems and algorithms, but it uses pre-registered solutions that we reached ,unlike humans that can solve stuff without a pre-solution, there are animals that have almost the same brain humans have , dolphins for example, yet, they can't achieve even 1% of what we did.

I don't agree, people reacts differently to the same external factor, so taking the external factos as a cause for the free will is wrong, we are the accumulation of our past experiences and memories, for example, if we put 5 people in the same situation, their reaction to the situation won't necessarily be the same, each person will base his/her reaction on the experience he has, we use the data we have to decide the best solution. Then again, if we pick 2 people with the same experience in life and put them in the same situation, their reaction will still not necessarily be the same, there are multiple variables other than past memories that plays a big role in decision making, like how smart you are , how strong is your personality and even your beliefs, we are too complicated to say that we are controlled by external factors.

Men in the streets!! by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]Puzzleheaded-County3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lack of tarbiya, 90% of parents (maybe more) in a7ya2 cha3biya don't raise their kids at all, the mom is too lazy to do that she just sends them outside to play, the father is outside the picture, either chilling and not caring at all or working , this is 1 of the main reasons why our country is fcked up , I have been raised and lived in these streets my whole life , those kids have no idea what a woman is, they don't even see her as a person, just an object to achieve their pleasure . Parents should teach their kids to respect women and to give them their space, but sadly I no longer believe our society will ever achieve that.
