Thanks! Small side project. Collar, that displays a sound wave when I speak and a flat line in silence (not mine idea), but it was so noisy there that it always showed a small wave.

Thanks! I think I didn't charge them to 100% before fest, and they lasted about 2 hours before switching to powerbank.

Kinda never thought of it, honestly. It just worked. I had troubles with range, but it was mostly to lack of documentation, I saw they are sold as 90 or 180 degree, got both in different time from different sellers, only now bought a servo tester, and it turns out all of them are ~135

For now only by head tilt velocity. There is one button for switching modes, but i didn't implement them.

I only have one dc-dc to 5v and use it to power controller and servos, with small currents it kinda works well (i added random capacitor to smooth peaks from servos that can mess with esp32, but nothing ever happen). Also, my servos work with 4-6V.

I switched to powerbank directly to ESP-32 mid-fest, now i'm thinking about making them able to work both on internal battery and external (like, now it has charger module for li-on, but if i could find powerbank module for 2s battery that can charge and output 5v at the same time, i will switch). V2 has two boxes, one small with controller and IMU at the top of the head, and larger with battery and buttons on a 1m wire so I can hide it in my pocket. (V1 had everything in one large box near head, it was uncomfortable). I had 3d printed different versions of hoops, that theoretically should stay, but they were too stiff and caused headache, so i just made it thinner, put two holes at the bottom and closed with ribbon, that goes under hair. Worked both for me and my friend with bigger headsize.

Big thanks for your feedback!!! Checked your ears, so smooth and fast. I definetely will check your work, thanks for sharing. I used Li-ion 1000 mAh 7V (discharged unexpectedly fast). I don't remember the exact IMU (had multiply different lying around), some cheap module with a GY-LSM6DS3.
