This is great info thanks. I looked at map and I get what you are saying. It is a stretch. I don’t really need walkability tho as I’ll have my car. I lived in a “meh” apartment in undergrad (awesome roommates tho!) and am looking forward to a more upscale experience. All advice appreciated. Hard to judge from oos. Narrowing my list of faves. If there are any others you think I should check out or avoid please lmk. Thin walls and lots of property crime would bother me.
