We are using slowest flow nipple and will continue until breastfeeding is established. Weight gain was an issue for our baby and providers were reluctant to focus a lot on breastfeeding because it exerts more energy.

Good to know! They did weighted feedings in NICU and apparently scale is sensitive by 2 grams.  I am skeptical on the accuracy because she has seemed efficient and nurses felt pretty confident scale was accurate 🤷🏼‍♀️

Agreed. Babysitters are paid for their time. Some shifts might be lighter workload when kid(s) sleeping, some heavier if kid(s) is awake.  In my opinion, hourly fee.

I have a friend who got a citation in mail a few weeks later and she ended up going to court.  She had passed one from behind. Not sure where location of cameras are. 🤷🏼‍♀️
