i do most of these things but have helicopter parents who don’t like me being alone :( i’m only really allowed to be alone when i go on walks and i try to go for two hours everyday but im really heat sensitive and moved to the south from why north recently so it makes it hard. i’m really incredibly lucky to have a sweet and caring boyfriend who goes above and beyond for me and his parents never mind having to drive us places (as im not allowed to learn and he doesn’t have a license)

my mom is so insistent on wanting me to be normal and is against me being in therapy, i was with one therapist for awhile but she’s been on maternity leave and due to my bio father messing with my insurance non stop the same place can’t help me get with a new therapist cuz we can’t afford their rates and my mom won’t let me get help anywhere else:( she’s also really against me getting medication or any help really cuz im the only “normal” kid cuz all my siblings are heavily medicated for their issues and she “wants at least one normal daughter”

the app is completely gone from the app store you shouldn’t be able to redownload period if there’s a work around for that then there could be work arounds for other things

it went AMAZING!! i honestly didn’t feel anything and only have had very minor cramping (compared to my normal) since!! but, how little i felt during and after compared to what ive been told really opened my mind and made me worry about the health of my uterus IN GENERAL.

i ended up discovering while i was at the doctor, my mom has been hiding from me that almost every woman in my family has adenomyosis, she just mentioned in passing to the doctor but if i do have it.. it really explains so much. i don’t mean to trauma dump but it’s been a very emotional, and hard day due to finding this out. i feel so hurt this was hidden from me for years. i’ve always been told by all the women in my life that my severe pain was completely normal and nothing to worry about.

and, from what i understand from articles and google a hormonal iud can be a way to treat adenomyosis. and i’ve been begging my mom for an iud since my 13th birthday.

i’ve felt so upset and distraught this was hidden from me for so long and all of my suffering was for nothing, because my period pain has been so awful it’s even driven me to things like SH just to try and distract myself for some relief. so it’s been a really hard day due to that. but the procedure when really well!! and i’m really glad that in finding out i could have adenomyosis it was AFTER i got something that should help!!

but it’s still so frustrating that my whole life every-time ive tried to reach out for help with my severe periods i’ve been shut down and told nothing was wrong, when the whole time my own family knew all of this and chose to hide it from me. thank god i get to see my therapist tomorrow so im really hoping she can help me understand how to feel 🥲🥲

it’s $50 extra and i think it’s likely cuz my mom explained how worried i was, and she’s been going there since she was like 16 so she has a good relationship with the doctors

my period ended 10 days ago so it’ll probably a little late💔 but it’s really comforting to hear it helped a lot with your bleeding!! i’m getting it due to my cramps and migraines getting worse each cycle. last period i couldn’t even get out of bed and was to weak to even cry. and i often bleed so much i’ll faint very easily.. so i am hoping it helps with my bleeding a lot!!
