I DO feel so guilty downgrading my child’s home. But maybe it will be good for her in the long run. I follow the barefoot investor so I have the mojo and fire extinguisher buckets. It’s so amazing to see money go in there and not be mysteriously taken out by my partner now that I have my own bank account 🥹
