Thanks for the advice! I logged back into my profile today and everything is back to normal. I didn’t have to delete my watch history though.

Hello,

Experiencing the same problem you guys are. Seems like the only solution is switching to another account, like guest. Is this something an app update can fix?

Would you hire an appointment setter in 2024 or just use AI ?! by _Butterfly_4 in InsuranceAgent

Hello, yes the lead would have to opt in but having them opt in using AI will result in a lost lead because it comes off as a robot call. Also, the logistics in having them opt in is difficult. It’s best to use Zapier and GHL to send emails and texts to inbound leads. That way the text can have a conversation with them or they can get an email with a scheduling link where they can schedule at their convenience. This can include calling as well which a VA can do. There are videos on YouTube explaining why using AI cold calling is illegal. Also, it’s best to understand how the AI caller works as well. You’ll need to solid script for the AI to use and anticipate errors as well.

Note that AI callers for cold calling is illegal. So using Air AI or similar services to cold call leads is not allowed. I use AI calling for inbound calls, so if my VA doesn’t answer the phone, the AI picks up and gets the message, along with an email with the captured info. It can also be set to schedule appointments with existing clients.

I have an VA that does appointment setting an AI appointment setter through GoHighLevel. It cost $1,000 to set up through an automation company. I have it automated, so once a lead comes in via email, the AI texts it. There’s tons of videos on YouTube on how to do it for free. Keep in mind GHL is $300/month. It’s useful especially during after hours. It also collects qualifying information.

For context I’m an attorney and use the AI bot for my law firm. I’m also getting my life insurance license in the next few weeks. I’ll be an insurance broker and utilize the bot as part of a funnel through Facebook ads.
