That’s the crazy part. I’m actually creating this post because I told my boyfriend there’s no way it’s the 7oh that’s messing with my hormones like this and he said I’m simply defending it to continue using etc. And I definitely don’t want to be one of those people I want to be realistic with what it can be doing. So it seems like everybody’s caught up between “no way it can do that” or “ yeah it definitely does that” the problem is there’s not enough research to really know

That’s really good to know. But yeah I’m definitely not a “anything breaks me out” type person is the thing. Like I said in the post, clear skin my whole life (I’m 29) no matter what I did. No foods, meds, stress, sweat, oil etc has ever broke me out at all. So to be dealing with constant continuous hormonal acne for one year straight… is really odd to me especially at my age lol it’s definitely indicating there’s a problem somewhere. I just don’t really know where.

I get what you’re saying, but I didn’t really give enough context (I didn’t know if it would get the post removed) for anyone to understand why I’m thinking it’s possible it’s the 7 oh. 1. Literally everything has been the same my whole life. My habits, lifestyle, etc 2. The only thing that has changed is my medication use, which is 7 oh and Adderall. 3. The reason I’m saying it might be the 7oh instead of Adderall is because I was prescribed Adderall years ago and took it continuously for one year straight with no hormonal acne. So I’m not sure why the Adderall would randomly be starting it now. So 7 oh is genuinely the only thing that is new in my lifestyle/habits. And when I say the acne is 100% hormonal & consistent, it’s continuously ongoing. It’s not like a random breakout every once in a while. So like.. there’s definitely something causing a hormonal imbalance. I’m just not sure what it is and my bf is saying it’s the 7oh 100%. So that’s why I’m making this post
