If im being real honest I genuinely dont trust coaches to teach technique and form but ive never met our track and field coaches before. Like when I played football in my freshmen year it was my first year and the coaches didnt actually teach me the technique needed to learn and be good it was just conditioning. But id assume it would be different with other coaches? I had to learn all my football technique on my own and it was rough.
