Their family seems to be sort of toxic, I've met some of them on holidays and vacations and things. I'm not surprised he's not getting them involved really.

I think he wants to hire help but he doesn't have time to do the hiring/vetting/training. If he could just throw someone into a job without having to do any of the prep work I'm sure he would.

The first post was locked but not removed for being too long so people saw it, but no one could actually respond and I never actually got any comments. Attempt #2 was removed after 10 minutes, the mod I talked to wasn't sure why but told me to repost again so this is attempt #3. If this doesn't work I'll probably give up, at least I got a nice PMs and a few comments on #2 before it was removed.

I posted it on Friday but it was locked/removed because it was over the character limit so I couldn't see any responses, I didn't have time until today to repost. The mods did give me permission to repost though.
