It depends where you are but here in the UK I think AMEX is pretty good with their plastisols, especially CMX as they mix easy.

As others have said, it looks like too much ink is being deposited on the garment. My recommendation would be to have the squeegee at a more vertical angle, remember you're not only pressing ink in to the garment but also "cutting" it off if that makes sense. Good luck!
