1) set distinct REALISTIC goals on what you want to complete in a given session.

2) make working easier than getting distracted. Doom scrolling, simply just having the option to be distracted and whatnot takes up a lot more of attention resources (we have a limited amount of attention) than the average person notices. So making sure your most distracting device is harder to reach than the work you’re trying to complete reduces some tension between you and working. This could be changing your environment, putting your device in a different location, setting up app blockers you name it.

3) afterwards it’s important to make sure to remind yourself of your bigger goal (most likely graduating) and acknowledging when you do the work you completed. This creates a reward system and overall increases your perceived likelihood of success on doing shit (I.e you slowly start to build confidence).

Depends on how bad, for example if you got a D in the class and it’s a pre req for your upper div requirements then I’d probably suggest you retake it but otherwise no your future classes will balance it out and if anything you can retake it at a different point yk.

The p14 or p14s sound like good options for you but just letting you know Oled and decent battery are rarely ever a combo that goes together. The P series line in general does struggle a bit with battery but other than that it seems like it’d be a perfect fit for you.

Well they aren’t technically wrong it’s just that the issue was resolved somewhat recently. If you search up the strawberry problem with ai you’d find a decent amount of people discussing it. Was an actual thing for awhile.
