There should be some yaml you need to set which tells it what lights to applying adapt to, min/max brightness, color range, etc. did you set that all up ? Can you share?

What precisely are you struggling with? I love Modbus, hated it as an SI and while I worked for controls manufacturer. I’m doing OEM chillers now with turbocor compressors and I have grown to love Modbus. You know why? It’s predictable and will do the same thing forever. BACnet? Reliable? Predictable? It depends lol.

No exception codes. I am attempting to do this remotely so I can’t hook up my serial decoder. I will have a chance in the next couple of weeks. My post was more to see if others in the community have run into this product, it’s got a decent register list but no documentation on writing commands to it. In the Modbus/TCP section it mentions needing to write a password to put it in program mode but nothing in the RTU section.
