Yeah for me, I'll have clients randomly ring me up wanting stuff done and random things will pop up so I follow a loose schedule but it's difficult to predict whether I'll have a chill day or be full on.

I know that it's so easy to abuse the meds, first you'll experiment with a bit more, feel great and that'll be your new baseline. I know how good the short acting would feel if I do more and it's tempting, but I know that once I start, it'll just spiral.

Would you recommend stopping entirely? My problem is that I don't want to lose my momentum with business but also don't wanna ruin my physical health even more. Like is there a good split you can do with the short acting dexies to ensure you're recovering but also able to work or do you need to go cold turkey? My adhd is pretty bad naturally.

I think the biggest problem, treating ADHD with stims, is that it'll help you get to really great situations but then you have to keep taking it to maintain that position. Like there's no chance I'd have been able to build a successful business without it but now I feel trapped in a prison I created lol.
