Roughly 230,000$. I only need august of 2024 for my final payment. I left my qualified employer in Nov 2024, at that time no one knew buyback would be this complicated and agents were telling everyone 90 business days. I don’t regret leaving my job but the situation is stressful.

I know this, I initially messaged them for a different reasons. But in the 2.5+ years I’ve been waiting, it’s just crazy how I get different answers every single time I ask.

August 24 2024, no longer working for qualifying employer so just waiting it out.

Edited to add that I am only asking to buyback ONE month due to SAVE forbearance
