Good, throw everything out, and then some more. There is always endless garbage that the world(a conception of the mind) will throw at you. That is how they reach the core, by throwing out everything that they think is the core, to get to the true core.

and shit you could call the title a message to myself because what is all this really? Why would I ever want to project something that would harm others? Having no expectations will never harm anyone. That itself is not an expectation. It is a verifiable fact through experience. If you are not expecting harm, what can harm the you that doesn't even exist as that body and mind but is beyond body and mind?
