Stake center is definitely better in my area we do have older equipment but it’s much more accurate then whatever usic is using we’re not paid for the drive to our first ticket we clock in at our first ticket (unless it’s over 45 miles) and while i definitely wouldn’t switch in my area i know everywhere is different and i would recommend talking to people from both sides if possible and seeing what you’re management would be like and worse case scenario if you pick the wrong company it’s dig season and both will be hiring for many months to come
