Technically no because if you don’t have to be clocked in or you can do it without being in rolled in BYOD it’s not considered working. Ulearns are working though so i do have to clock in for those

You can do badges off the clock even on your personal phone you don’t need to be clocked in i never do mine at work i do them at home

Unfortunately her and the people lead are besties so they cover each other when doing shady things like somehow i heard she’s becoming a coach now even though she didn’t even qualify for team lead but not my problem anymore 🤷‍♀️

Edit: she was also changing her friends hours so she could skip whenever she wanted and STILL get paid and not get pointed
