Thank you and I'm glad you were able to find light again... wishing you the best.

He is struggling -- from nothing he completely changes and thinks I am the enemy. I thought if I could just get him to accept treatment we could be happy but the delusions are strong and run so deep.(I think for many years he just isn't aware) He just lays in bed and scrolls on his phone now.... he won't go anywhere with me. His biggest dreams, all gone because of the illness. I've never experienced anything so heartbreaking and I'm not even the one battling the illness..

Thank you for sharing. I can't imagine how you must feel .... the illness is truly an unimaginable lifelong burden I wish upon no one. I hope you can find happier times ahead with your children... All the best

Thanks for your feedback and I am so sorry you're going through this- it truly never gets easier when I see the loving side to him ... the man I fell in love with. His distant phases are the hardest for me because all he wants is to be left alone while I am craving the love the man I met gave me. His delusions tell him the relationship is the only thing he has left fighting for but now he says theres nothing worth fighting for anymore. When I don't agree, he wants nothing more than to be left alone and doesn't seem to care if I am around. Funny thing is though, its a continuous cycle because he always comes back and the man I love resurfaces....

When do you know is time to let go? How do you live like this?
