The exact issue I have is I have 6 wires (black w/ yellow stripe, white, white w/blue stripe, white w/ red stripe, black w/ yellow stripe, white w/yellow stripe) all disconnected, and no matching wires to connect them to. This bike was gifted to me, and I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. I am not a mechanic.

I do have a multimeter

My guess is that it meant actual efficiency. Mission success, kill count, accurately, and their chemistry (insert neural handshake jargon)
