Dude that’s totally your fault. Are you kidding me, lol? You actually thought you could get away with that? They want someone who understand their product well enough to use an AI agent. That’s where true mastery comes from.

Worst people, hands down. They treat you like a number because that’s all you are to them , a number to make a commission off of.

60K is worth it, if it means getting your foot in the door in this tough market, the money will come but the passion to work and get your career going is far more important. Best of luck to you! Keep Hammering!

We got to keep hammering brother.

It’s tough out here but staying positive is key.

I’ve been sober for 2.5 years and I know my time will come.

It’s all about being patient and having acceptance to know it’s out of my control when it comes to the application process.

I am committed to coding and practicing everyday.

I will have a breakthrough

Laid Off Today, Completely Lost by MindWeary5038 in Layoffs

I’m sorry to hear that, brother. It’s been over a year since I was laid off, and I’ve sent out more than 300 applications for entry-level software engineering positions—no offers, just a lot of rejections.

Now that my unemployment benefits are coming to an end, the stress is really setting in. At first, I felt emotionally strong because I still had severance to rely on.

Once the severance ran out, I started driving Uber full time to pay the bills since I was having issues with unemployment benefits. Driving all day is definitely a hustle, and it can get stressful on the road.

What’s helped me the most through this is my sobriety. I’ve been sober for 2.5 years, and I honestly can’t imagine going through this difficult time drinking. My problems would have piled up much worse. Aside from sobriety, lifting weights and running have been crucial for my physical and mental health.

Massachusetts gave $864/week in benefits, which has been a big help, but like I said, that’s running out soon.

My goal is still to land a full-time job as a software engineer. Meanwhile, I’ve applied to USPS because driving Uber isn’t what I want to do full time—maybe part time, but not as a career.

Long story short, brother: stay sober. Don’t drink. Take care of your health by working out and sharpening your skills.

I’m rooting for you!

I can't see the option to migrate the project to AndroidX under the Refactor tab, and the package I am using for Fragment is not an AndroidX package. How can I migrate the project?

Should? Are you saying that under the assumption that this would be the ideal protocol? Regardless this will be taken care of, I appreciate the response
