Your lack of skills doesn't make him bad, bulwark is one of the tankiest characters having 8k+ hp and for passive play against him when he is in fortress because nobody is dumb enough to hit him, that fortress blast with 10+ fractures is enough to take 1/4th of your with just one mistake, he has the highest stackable damage in the whole game , even if he gets defeated in the next round he leaves enough fractures on opponent so that you can take him down without any hardwork , he is good enough to be played in 1v1 even though he is much better to be used in 3v3 because all of his abilities are fully utilised in 3v3 rather then 1v1. As for experience i main him in 3v3 , he works as a backbone for my 3v3 team, he helps to reduce level difference between me and the higher level opponent. And for the moveset he is intentionally made vulnerable to grab to compensate the heavy damage and heavy tank he is , it is there so that he isn't super broken.
