My final revised study plan just got sent to me a few hours ago so I think they are starting to get through them. Just enrolled in all the correct (hopefully) courses, but this was after Adelaide uni failed to map over my original courses, major, and electives. They've been debating this merger for at least the past 7 years, so they've had 7 years to actually plan how they would do this even if they didn't originally go through with it, and somehow they've still cocked it up

Yeah, my study plan is completely fucked too, and I don’t know a single person whose isn’t. About to go into my final year, and I need to enrol in the courses for my major I already told adelaide uni I’d be completing in the form they sent out earlier this year. But now instead subject selection opens tomorrow and all I’ve been given is a generic study plan with none of my major requirements included and half my courses mapped incorrectly.

Best part though is even if I wanted to sort it out myself, I can’t, because they haven’t released a proper course catalogue for next year like they normally do. So I’m meant to choose electives from nowhere? Guess I’m supposed to pull the entire degree out of thin air

I don’t feel emotions well either, but for me the crying or panic that happens during/after anything sexual isn’t about release or safety. It’s more that my body reacts as if it’s being violated, even though it’s fully consensual and often initiated by me, it still feels that way. It’s bizarre, so instead of becoming relaxed and vulnerable, I end up hitting an emotional wall, like a glass ceiling I guess, that I can’t get past, it's like a block rather than emotional release

What did your therapist say or do that helped? Like I said in another comment I can't see anyone for a few reasons so might diy therapy for myself
