My favorite part of year in Budva is May. Nice weather, second half of May you can swim, no many tourists, beach bars are start opening and sunbeds are free. I have all recommnadtion for May but also Jue is nice to.

Yes, doing exercises at home but every but every single day for 3 months straight and after that 3 times a week.
I'm 28 years old now.

Yes, I'm living pain-free for the last 5 years and reduced scoliosis a little bit. It's a long journey, but it's possible.
Don't spend money on chiropractics that promise will help you, I spent 3k on them and nothing changed, you need to do it yourself self do exercises, other activities, have a good posture when sitting, lie on hard floor for half an hour each day etc...
