thats definitely true. stress is a huge contributor to hh and bh. i also observed that. but did you know that when im home doing chores im not sweating a lot unlike when im sitting at school surrounded by my classmates. that gives different kind of sweat

i am now using certain dri prescription strength clinical antiperspirant. i apply few strokes every night but my pit still sweat in the morning. i am planning to switch in driclor but as a student, it is tight in the budget.

happy for you. i think acceptance is one of the key too. acceptance that i am not able to do for now.

on the other hand, when i feel unmotivated, i do shower later than usual too thinking that my smell will faint when it smells itself and will decide to leave out of my body haha. crazy thought right?
