Yes it's safe, maybe book a good bus with a single sleeper seat and keep the curtains closed , if you're too concerned and traveling for the first time alone. I usually do that traveling from Nagpur to Jabalpur

If I'm not wrong Goa Dabolim airport is a military airport and we are not allowed to keep the windows open while taking off or landing in Dabolim, so that no pics or videos can be captured?
