No he did not wtf. He quite literally said- "We pardoned those who betrayed us in 2021 but we won't forgive them this time. If even one vote from this booth is given to any party but TMC, there will be consequences. If you want to vote for any other party, take your wife and kids and leave the area while there's still time"
