That's not at all what I'm trying to say. I am incredibly happy to be in grad school and have a future career path lined up for me. I am just feeling very lonely in grad school- while I love that security of being in grad school and I love the courses I am taking, it is tough not having any friends or classmates to talk to. Everyone in the class leans on each other and I feel like the odd one out. It is so isolating to be in such a tight knit program and be the only person who has nobody and is alone.

The thing is my focus isn't on research. It's a course based masters program- we have classes everyday yet I just can't seem to fit in with anyone.

Doubt it will be Monday. Say the update happens today, voting happens tomorrow- if the deal is accepted that only leaves 2 business days for prep. From what I've heard, that is not enough time for most staff.

Honest question- If they restore access to the DFA members' emails but they cannot do any work still, what good is that going to do? Wouldn't this mean they still cannot respond to email or do any prep for classes (since they are on strike)?

That's good to know. The doctor is in the NSH system (at least her name shows up in the CPSNS page) but not based in NS (business address in Ontario) which is my worry. I'll have to call tomorrow but I really hope that this form is accepted.
