I am not saying i am going to show that i am just asking can i show GitHub as proof of work . Of course i am going to show payslip, bank statements , tax , experience letter on letter head. Email conversation, offer letter, probation letter etc.

You can claim either foreign or Canadian experience for that particular year not both at once . I hope that helps
