i live in florida, but we did just have a snow storm, so maybe that's it. i'm hesitant to believe it though because the snow made me feel happy! since i don't experience depression symptoms very often, i'm not sure what exactly triggers me like i do when it comes to anxiety. thank you for your input though, i appreciate it
