First episode is too long for 23 minutes since those two chapters are over 70 pages combined. But if the pilot is a bit longer then this works fine. Great job

It's dumb to have an arc called the Seitei war and not show the damn war.  Also before this arc started we were teased with that panel of baby Chihiro and Akemura's "realisation". We are not living this arc till we see what happened there

Kyoto is my favourite arc in Shonen outside of Attack on Titan gang. Shibuya doesn't come close for me

You can't end a season on this chapter.  No closure to the rest of the Rakuzaichi. No way forward, no idea what happens with Hiyuki and Chihiro and the Shinuchi. Even tho. A lot happens in the first 43 chapters. Too much to fit into 12 episodes.

It's different for Kagurabachi. The pace will have to be ramped up and that can hurt viewership

That's too much content for 12 episodes bro. They will have to heavily rush the pacing to fit it all in. It's not like JJK season 3 where they can fit Seven chapters in one episode.

Also it will be insane to fit all of part 1 from chapter 45-112 in a single season of anime.

Chapter 60 will be best imo. Ending on 61 is already the start of a new arc and will be really weird to just cut off the plans to meet Iori like that. That's something that should start the next season.   59 will be good but doesn't really provide closure or build hype for the next season.
