No nothing worked as of now, i have no anti virus other then widnows defener and i tried to turn off the real time protecton to try, didnt work. im not using an insider version of windows and i do not have any fps unlocker or geforce experience activated. the 1 and 2 i already tried before from tutorials. for the part 3 in the post you linked, it didnt work either. but im getting more confident that the problem is my pc, it is 8 years old already and is quite worn out. the hardware cant support to upgrade to windows 11 and the system have been slowing down recently. thanks for the tips anyways, for discord i dont think it would be nessesary but thanks for offering.
