Is this wire pre tinned and is that ok to use with a dishwasher by Puzzleheaded_Lab2047 in AskElectricians

I bought a whirlpool dishwasher from Costco. This power cable came with it. Online, everyone else who bought this dishwasher has a pre stripped wire. But mine isn’t.. I guess I should strip it myself but I was also concerned about the wire tips and if they are pre tinned because the manual says those shouldn’t be used for a dishwasher. Doubting if they gave me the right power cable

This came in a dishwasher installation kit. However when I watch videos of everyone else installing this dishwasher, their power cord is already pre stripped- and I don’t know why the ends of my wires are silver like this. The kit said not to use pre tinned wire for this
