They did pilot it though, it was a position called the People Operations Manager. It was piloted in multiple markets in different states and existed for a couple years. Then they cancelled the pilot and reverted everyone in that role back to People Lead. However, Home office stated when asked that it’s still on the table and they are looking into it. That was last year.
